Bunny Treat Bags | How to Make Them

Step 1- Gather Supplies

I grabbed most of my supplies at The Dollar Tree except for treats.

  • Paper bag
  • Twine or Ribbon
  • Scissors
  • Pencil
  • Hole-puncher
  • Candy or any other treats of choice.

Step 2- Draw + Cut Ears

In the back of the paper bag, lightly draw a “v” shape that will form the ears. Then cut from the top corner of either side of the bag and meet the cuts in the middle. As shown above. You can make your ears as long or short as you prefer.

Step 3- Prepare Gift Tags

Next, print out gift tags if you have not done so already. Then cut out as many gift tags as you need and hole punch the top as shown above.

TIP: For durability, print gift tags on cardstock paper.

STEP 4- Finish It Up

Then cut all necessary twine or ribbon. But before cutting the ribbon or twine, make sure it’s long enough to tie around the paper bag to make a bow. Then fill up each treat bag with desired goodies.

Lastly, gather the bag right below from where the bunny ears meet in the middle of the bag and tie the ribbon or twine + the gift tag. And that’s it! Simple, right?
